Issaquah Library Spring Book Sale Results

We are so pleased to report that our FOIL spring book sale brought in over $4200 for library programs. Our goal was $4,000, but with so much hard work, we exceeded our expectations. 

Many thanks to everyone who had a hand in this event. The book donations processing team, the book sale setup team, the FOIL board who planned the event, the Issaquah Library staff who supported every part of the process, the "day of" book sale team, and the cleanup team.

We did not beat our previous cleanup time record, as we had 3 extra steps in the process this time. We added an extra label to every box, taped all boxes closed, and set the boxes on shipping palettes. The extra steps help the KCLS shipping and warehouse staff.

The boxed remainders will go to our reseller, Thrift Books, which shares its proceeds with us.
