Just a reminder that setup for the Spring Book Sale is two weeks away! If you are interested in volunteering and haven’t signed up already, take a look at the schedule below and email Lesley Wilson at lpw9...@comcast.net with your preferred times and dates.
This sale we are trying a new, short setup window. Thursday, June 4th, heavy lifting & table setup are Noon-1PM. Book sorting begins at 1PM. Sale preparation ends on Friday afternoon.
Thursday June 4th 12-1PM – heavy lifting & table setup — TOP PRIORITY!
Thursday June 4th 1-5PM – unpacking boxes & book sorting
Friday June 5th 10-5PM – book sorting
Saturday June 6th: Book Sale 11AM–6PM – cashiers, checkout assistance (bagging), & restock tables
Cleanup is Saturday, June 6th from 6 – 6:45pm
