Dear Colleagues,
I am writing to share an announcement for a new postdoctoral position at CU Boulder studying scientific teams. You can find it here: https://jobs.colorado.edu/jobs/JobDetail?jobId=55861. The position is being advertised as part of the US National Science Foundation's newest environmental synthesis center, the Environmental Data Science Innovation and Inclusion Lab (https://esiil.org/), where I lead team science.
While the ad says that we expect expertise in both quantitative and qualitative methods, we are happy to consider applications from those who are specialists in either one or the other. The position is also fairly free in terms of allowing the postdoc to help determine the research questions and approach, and Boulder is a fantastic place to live and work. There are also funds allocated for the postdoc to travel periodically from Colorado to Oslo so that I can collaborate with them more effectively.
I would appreciate it if you could pass this note and the advertisement along to anyone within your network that might be interested. I am happy to answer any questions about the position.
Thanks,
John
