Been using issh on the ipad for a few days and it seems like a very
nice ssh/vnc application.

I am having one problem and I am hoping someone can answer my
question.

I cannot get the down key to work via the pie menu. I noticed the
"Down" X KeySym is set to 0x0 instead of 0xff54. I tried to change it
to 0xff54 but it wouldn't change. I also tried making a new "down"
key on another pie menu (to the "right") but instead of saving the
keysym as 0xff54, it changed back to 0x0. Any help would be much
appreciated. Thanks!

I haven't been able to replicate this error. The arrow keys are a
special case where the label will be overridden to an arrow if it
recognizes the proper X keysym. Is the label "down" being replaced
with an arrow? Is there anyway you could give me an exact list of
steps you're taking to try to restore this key?

Dean,

Thanks for the quick reply.

This morning I tried to recreate what I had done so that I could give
you more information.

I logged onto an ssh server via issh and the keys were not working at
all (they were all blank), even trying to switch between different key
pie menus. I then went to the key pie configuration, and all of the
keys except for the down arrow seem to be set (indeed, the down key
said "Down" instead of having an arrow). I changed the X KeySym to
0xff54 and pressed enter. Then I quit issh and restarted it. As soon
as I did that, all of the key pie menus seemed to be working again.
Indeed, the "down" key is now labeled with an "arrow." So now all is
good. I think I didn't press return before and that is why it wasn't
saving the value for the down key. I am not sure why all the keys
"disappeared" this morning but hopefully it doesn't happen again.

Thanks!
