In Emacs, key actions get duplicated and introduces unreadable
characters, e.g.: ctrl-f moves the cursor forward, but in iSSH it
moves it twice and leaves a unreadable character at each interval.
The unreadable character looks like a left square bracket but thinner.

And if it's not asking too much, it would be awesome if i could remap
my keys. I'd like to turn my caps-lock an extra control key...maybe
that's an iPad thing.

The option key on the Apple bluetooth keyboard can be made to be an
additional control key today. There's a button that has the
characters "C" and "A", looking like the lower left corner of a
keyboard. Tap that to enable option key mapping.

As for these other keys, I'll make sure they get properly interpreted
in the next release!
