Bug in VNC keyboard

I cannot get a capital Z no matter what I do. I can type all the
alphabet into Notepad "Cap A", "Cap B", but when I get to "Cap Z" it's
lower case.

Oops, I meant "Shift A", etc...

I can't replicate your error. I've tried VNC to Windows Vista, XP, OS
X Snow Leopard and Ubuntu Linux. It could be that I fixed it since
the last release and I've cleaned up several bugs since then. I can
make an ad hoc, if you like.

I'm not in a position to load an ad hoc at the moment. Will wait for
the next release.

It would be nice if someone else can try this with the current Apple
store release.

ZZZ Works for me on OSX Snow Leopard. Did this e-mail via ISSH VNC.

Did notice that the double tap shift key is not sticky and that the
double tap space bar does not put a period at the end of a sentence.
However shift-z is fine.

I can reproduce this error. iSSH version 4.0.9, VNC'd into WinXP
through an ssh tunnel.

"z" and "shift-z" both yield a lowercase "z"

But touble-tap shift and then "z" gives you an uppercase "Z". But the
caps-lock is not sticky, and goes away after you type "z".

Weird, even double-tap-shift doesn't work for me. Tried both Vista
via UltraVNC and XP via TightVNC, both tunneled via RSA authenticated
SSH sessions. Messed with encoding values, one UTF and other ISO with
no effect.

Here's keeping the fingers crossed that it was already fixed somethere
in 4.1.
