ESC key for VNC with mythtv frontend

I'm using iSSH to connect to my mythtvfrontend through VNC. I can't
seem to figure out where the ESC key is or how to get the pie menu up.

I use mymote or a regular remote normally but I would like to be able
to use WOL to start the frontend and then navigate to a movie or
recording with VNC for my kids all from the comfort of my bed!

The arrow key widget that comes up in VNC (by taping the arrow icon in
the corner) can be swiped to the left continually to display a whole
set of additional keys. On the second page is the ESC key you're
looking for.
