Hey all;

I was late getting this to John for the newsletter, so 

here is the data for the August Program.

By popular demand we are going to try and host a bit of a "soldering clinic".   Nothing too exotic, but I do hope to cover the basics.  Time permitting maybe some more detailed work, like using perf boards with 0.1 inch centers.

I will bring 3 sets of kit.  It would be great if any of you have easily transported tools if you could bring them.  Specifically it would be great if we had some classic gear we could try out.

I will miss this: band rehearsal the same night, performing on August 9^th and August 16^th.

I will also miss the meeting on October 1: another band rehearsal, performing on October 5^th.

 

Meantime: here is what I presented in May at Minnebar in Minneapolis.

I could speak on September 3^rd or November 5^th.

 

Meantime, I am in the bay area for VCF West and Amiga 40 celebration.

Big nerd fest…

I don’t know when I am rescheduled.

I missed this month, with lots of family in town.

 

I am available in a week, September 3^rd.

I am available in two months, November 5^th.

 

I am not available in a month, October 1^st.  Why: band rehearsal, performing at Salmon Days on the 5^th.

 

I attach a preview, from Minnebar in May this year.

I have a modern machine that generates HDMI video and plays game carts for live demonstrations.
