Joe, I believe I’m scheduled to present “Roving to DL88” tomorrow, about my 4,400-mile trip to the Chihuahua Desert in Texas.

I am back in India.

I will definitely keep in touch with all of IARC and participate in your meeting if I come to USA again.

I’m disappointed that I haven’t heard back from anyone about who is presenting the program at the club meeting tonight, despite a couple direct emails to Bruce. But I must firm up my evening plans.

Joe, you have my best wishes for your successful presentation about the beginnings of the internet.

I’ll skip the meeting tonight.

I am NOW confused.

At the October meeting, I presented about the Atari 2600.

We had a discussion, and it seemed to be agreed that I would present about the internet tonight.

 

Here I see that Barry was planning to talk about roving in Sonora.

I like to hear from Barry, but I will miss him tonight.

Perhaps emails from Barry are ending up in Bruce’s spam filter.

These communications issues should be solvable problems.

After all, we are an amateur radio club!

 

I will be there tonight as promised.

I don’t know if I will be there for dinner first.

"Joe Decuir is giving a talk on the history of the internet at UW Bothel Tuesday 4th, November.  Would be willing to give it at an future IARC meeting.

 

Bruce mentions that November is currently program-less."

Unfortunately, I don't have a record of the prorgram plans beyond May as I had to miss a couple of meetings over the summer.

I was here in spring 2013 speaking at the India Institute of Science, on Bluetooth Low Energy.

250 people.  Great time.

 

Also, glad you could make good use of the IC-92.
