Anybody want a nice tidy supply of aluminum for building antennas?
Larry W7IUV is downsizing and selling a bunch of supplies: tubing, mast clamps, mounting plates, etc.
I’m buying the bigger mast sections and would be happy to haul parts back from Quincy if you want them. Contact W7IUV for details (
la...@w7iuv.com) it sounds like he has a lot of parts and test equipment to unload. Probably cheap or free; ask him.

The FT2000 I listed earlier is sold but there were no nibbles on the test equipment. Is there anyone out there that has an interest in older (heavy) test equipment? If not, I won't bother listing any more but will just make a trip to the landfill.I have quite a bit of metal for antenna projects. A few of the best:Rhon gin pole. This is a 12 foot long, 2 inch diameter, 1/8 inch wall high strength aluminum tube with a pulley on one end. I no longer have the tower clamp, but this would make a great mast of boom for a VHF/UHF antenna project. $25 and of course pick up only.Aluminum tube, 7075-T6 alloy, 1-1/2 inch diameter, 3/16 wall, 12 foot long. $25Aluminum 2" rigid conduit, 10 foot long, 2-3/8 diameter. $5Much much more aluminum tube and steel tube, some pieces and parts of old Hf beams, useful for masts and booms, etc. come out and pick over the pile.Email me at w7...@yahoo.com or la...@w7iuv.com for details and/or phone number to discuss. Thanks,Larry - W7IUVcentral WA - DN07dg-- ~The Voice of the Pacific NorthWest VHF Society~
