program crashes

Hi
I have encountered a problem twice. When I have no cards left to learn
(i.e I have learnt everything) then the program crashes. It doesn't
crash all the time but the program crashed twice and this was always
the context.
It also corrupts the database, not possible to recover it with my
computer. Just lost 3 months of learning data :(
Please fix it !
My version is the most recent one, on iphone 4.
