Hello, I have some tips, when you get into troubles.

When you want to sync your iPhone with your notebook, not in all wifi
networks it will work. Install connectify (http://www.connectify.me/),
to share notebook internet connection to your iPhone. It is simple and
secure way how to connect your iPhone and notebook. It will create
your personal wifi hotspot...

When iSRS sync crashes when you have bigger databases, for me worked
to change compatibility mode to Windows XP.

If you do not want every time confirm UAC install Prio (http://
www.prnwatch.com/prio.html) and enable automatic elevation on iSRS.exe
proccess.
