Mnemosyne (Again)

The HD on my computer recently died, and I lost my .mem database. Luckily, it was a fairly simple step to just upload the .mem from my iPhone onto my other computer. Unluckily, when I opened the .mem file with Mnemosyne, the learning schedules were totally different than with my iPhone. For example, currently on iSRS I have 49 scheduled cards, whereas on Mnemosyne I have 952 scheduled cards for the day. I checked the stats for the current card and it read the following:
Grade: 2
Easiness: 1.67
Repetitions: 18
Lapses: 4
Days since last repetition: 726105
Days until next repetition: -726104
Clearly something is wrong with the timing, as 2000 years is quite a long time to have last reviewed the card. I checked other cards and they are suffering from similar characteristics. Please help!
