How can i make sure 1 2 3 meaning?

Dear administors,

   Sorry to bother you again.

    In the "wosis_201909_layers_physical" layer and "wosis_201909_layers_chemical" layer, some attributions value are belong "list"  format. For example, the bulk density attribution(the following image). But i didnt find the instruction of  "1,2,3…… ", I think it must means soil layer. but the detail layer i dont know. If the first layer means "0-10"cm, the second layer means "10-20"cm, or the first layer means "0-5"cm, the second layer means "5-15"cm. 

    Can you give me one answer and some suggestion?
