Soilgrid data for local scale mapping (1:25.000)?

Dear Isric team,
Hello, my name is Yuli Widyaningsih. I am a student of Universitas Gadjah Mada, Indonesia, majored in Environmental Geography. I am doing my thesis now, Sir. in my case i use SWAT to analyze hydrologic ecosystem services in remote area in Indonesia. Soil data is one of my biggest challenges. I had read some article from ISRIC about soilgrid data, but still dont get any idea.
May i ask, can it be possible to use soilgrid data with spatial resolution 250 m to complete my soil properties data in SWAT model? or is there any theoritical approached for using soilgrids 250m for soil mapping at scale 1: 25.000 (local scale)?

As you are considering a SWAT analysis, you may have a look at this dataset compiled by FutureWater:
