Dear all,
Apologies for cross-posting.
This is a friendly reminder that online registration will close in five days for the LUSTRE/GLOW Workshop on Government Records and AI, taking place on Monday 20 and Tuesday 21 April 2026.
This workshop is organised as part of the LUSTRE/GLOW initiative, led by Professor Lise Jaillant and supported by Loughborough University, in collaboration with The National Archives and the UK Cabinet Office.
If you have not yet registered, we warmly encourage you to do so soon. This is shaping up to be a not-to-be-missed event, bringing together archivists, Knowledge & Information Management professionals, computer scientists, AI specialists, and digital humanists to explore how AI can support improved access to born-digital government records.
🎤 Confirmed keynote speakers include:
  • David Canning MBE (UK Cabinet Office)
  • Dr Kelcey Swain (UK Cabinet Office)
  • John Sheridan (The National Archives)
  • Professor Jason R. Baron (University of Maryland)
  • Michael D. Thomas (National Archives and Records Administration)
  • Professor Iadh Ounis (University of Glasgow)
  • Dr Graham McDonald (University of Glasgow)
