Issue 30: Add namespace mappings from the flexlibproperties

New issue report by keithnaas:
The namespace mappings are currently ignored at build time. For shared
libraries we use namespace mappings to map a manifest to a uri.

In order to support this, we have extended the plugin to take in a
configuration attribute for includedNamespaceMappings as well as to load
them from the .flexLibProperties file.

The patch is attached.
