Implemented, the simplistic way. If the component is realized, it is
started shortly after, before being returned to
the calling object. This is true of dependencies as well. This is
simply because if the object is returned, it has to
be "on", and delayed materialization of components means that there's
no time left between creation and return,
so starting is immediate.
