Required Skills:
§ Experience in creating new reports and Modifying existing reports using business objects XI3.1 WEBI.
§ Good knowledge of SQL with DB2.
§ Good understanding of data warehousing concepts.
§ Experience in creating/modifying a business objects universe using Business Objects XI3.1 designer.
§ Experience with complete software development life cycle, including code development and testing using business objects XI3.1.
§ Experience with working large volume of data for creating reports.
§ Strong communication skills
Additional Desired skills:
§ Familiarity/knowledge of control-M
§ Familiarity/Knowledge of Optim tool
§ Familiarity with State Farm Claims terminology/Claims process
§ Familiarity with State Farm BIRA environment
§ Experience with tuning SQLs for performance improvement
§ Experience with supporting multiple Business objects WEBI reports and universes in a dynamic environment with multiple users.
§ Experience with Crystal Reports
