Job Title: Programmer - (3-5 Years Experience)

Duration: 3 month(s)

Location: HOUSTON TX 77002

 

Description/Comment:

The Application Developer is responsible for the analysis, design, construction, testing, and implementation of business and technical information technology solutions through application of appropriate software development life cycle methodology.

The skills progression identifies responsibilities ranging from basic programming assignments to being able to function in a single discipline to advanced specialty disciplines such as assembly/integration, cross-discipline functions, data engineering, industry expertise, knowledge engineering, legacy evolution, or system infrastructure

• Applies specialized knowledge in a single discipline such as assembly/integration, cross-discipline functions, knowledge engineering, industry expertise, or legacy evolution.

• Interacts with the customer to gain an understanding of the business environment and technical context.

• Validates scope, plans and deliverables for assigned projects

 

Preferred Skills:

o Experience in .NET programming (C#) and developing complex websites which deals with lots of client side scripting( JavaScript, AJAX) with a SQL backend Database

o Experience in SharePoint custom development and coding, InfoPath form development with customized coding; creating SharePoint(SP) web services, develop custom actions, develop timer services, work with item level security through code, create SP list templates, and create/deploy SP solution packages.

o Business Intelligence/Database: SSIS, SSAS, SSRS, Performance Point , Excel Services, stored procedures, and triggers.

Experience: 3-5 Years Experience

 

Additional comments: In addition to the technical skills mentioned above, the successful candidate must be able to work in an environment that includes multi-tasking and meeting tight deadlines during several critical times during the planning cycle.

Must be a self-starter as well as a team player.
