Job Title: Salesforce Consultant

Location: Bloomington, IL

Duration: Long Term

Task Description:  

•Salesforce experience with integrating with Verint recording v.11

•General Salesforce knowledge

•General Verint v.11 knowledge, 2nd option is at least general Verint 7.8 knowledge

Additional skills:

•Windows Server 2008 experience

•Infrastructure troubleshooting

•TCP/IP networking fundamentals

•Understand ITIL Principles (Service Management)

•Self-Directed, team player, ability to work with both technical and non-technical people

•Verint Impact 360 v11 experience would be helpful

•Cisco Communication Manager and Unified Contact Center Enterprise (UCCE) experience would be helpful

•SQL 2008 experience would be helpful
