Job Title: Systems Administrator
Location: Bloomington, IL
Duration: Long Term
Description: Workstation OS/Web Browser team troubleshoots problems
and questions regarding workstation client operating systems and applications,
Virtual Private Network (VPN) networking applications, and wireless WAN and LAN
connectivity.
Any experience with Cisco Cucimoc/Cucilync is desired.
Desired Skills/Qualities
Experience using knowledge-based and other documentation systems to
troubleshoot, resolve, document and research incidents as appropriate.
Ability to adjust communication techniques to adapt from a very high technical
level to low level, based upon the audience and the situation.
Possesses background and/or related experience as a Technician/Technical
Analyst.
Possesses strong work ethic by displaying values which contribute to a shared
focus, exhibits a high level of effort and commitment, is motivated to achieve,
and demonstrates responsible behavior.
Possesses good communication skills and is able to express ideas and facts
