3 Years Past experience and strong passion in building global websites in Ruby.
Strong industry experience in architecture and development of scalable B2C production quality backend systems.
Exposure to architectural patterns of large, high-scale web applications
Exceptional proficiency using HTML/CSS/Javascript/AJAX
Rigor in A/B testing, automated testing, and other engineering best practices
Understanding of relational database schema design and performance tuning
Familiarity with Redis, Memcached, CDN
Deep knowledge of Amazon Web Services ecosystem
Performance benchmarking and diagnostic tools like New Relic
Experience with service oriented architectures
