Final agenda for the first international Rails Conference in Israel. Please check the site, the new location, the maps. the shuttles to location and the breakfast time. First speaker will go on stage at 08:30!

From what I see, lectures are 20 minutes (SUPER SHORT) and the agenda leaves no room for lunch or anything, it's just a full date of 25 minute blocks.

Even if one goes after the other, connecting, organizing and stuff take 5-7 minutes, it leaves about 18-20 minutes of actual talk time and people have no break between talks.

The talk time is 25 minutes, but people need to switch, replace computers, connectors.

These things take time, we are Ruby developers, although that's close to superman, it's still impossible to launch myself on stage with my computer and presentation hooked in 1 milli second.

This why we have the host, He will entertain everybody meanwhile. Basically taking a question from the audience for the last speaker to answer. when you are setting up.

Just be sure that your Mac and VGA connector are working well.

This is the only way to let everyone hear all speakers at the big stage.

if the lectures only on the base of presentations so I would suggest one main computer with all the presentations in advance
it will save the few minutes of connect the computer etc

 Hi Assaf, we usually do it in the way you offered, we will have this option this time as well. However most of the speakers in this conference would like to use their own macs for all kind of reasons. Thanks!
