A top-tier startup in the hot mobile advertising space is looking for a strong Java developer! The applicant will join the server side team and will have a great opportunity to have an impact. Looking for the following background and skills:
Strong background in computer science fundamentals – data structures, algorithms, multi-threading and object oriented
Strong Java skills and relevant open-source toolkits, 7+ years of industry experience
Experience with multi-threaded programming and large-scale distributed systems
An understanding of server side software, scalability, performance and reliability
Experience with databases and SQL (experience with NoSQL is an advantage)
Self-starter, fast learner, can-do attitude and a team player
Prior experience in building online advertising or mobile advertising systems is a plus
BS/MS in CS or related field
