I hear Israel has an incredible sushi scene, can anyone tell me more
about it who has personal experience? Brazil has taken sushi to
incredible levels, while the US has moved in another direction. I know
many Israelis have religious restrictions about the seafood they eat, I
am very interested in the sushi scene in Israel, and would also love to
write about it.
