The Theoretical Philosophy Group at Utrecht University is advertising a PhD position (4 years, full-time) in Social Epistemology with a focus on communication environments and their effects on belief polarization. We are particularly interested in candidates who are open to combining traditional philosophical analysis and formal tools like epistemic network models (follow the link for more details). The successful candidate will work with a group of supervisors in an attractive academic environment and will be part of an interdisciplinary research network working on Social Dynamics.
