Release of ispCP 1.0.4

Hello everybody,

i would like to inform you that ispCP Omega 1.0.4 is knocking on our
doors. In approximately one week, our newest release will be
available. Prior to that translations need to be updated. All files
are already re-created with the missing strings. Please attach the
updated po files to a ticket and I will commit them into our release
branch.
