Spanish translation ready!

Hi there! i am new here, i decided help ispcp team translating the
remaining terms, but when i try to upload in a new ticket at the wiki,
always return "forbidden!" and i dont know if it work or just thereis
another way to translate to upload project i have the 100% of the file
sol i would like to upload to the ispcp team.
