Rekease of ispCP 1.0.3

Hello,

First I would like to introduce myself since I forgot to do so in my
last announcement. My name is Jochen Manz. I really want to actively
be involved in the development, however, as I currently lack the time
for development I have taken over the role of Release Manager.

Moving on to the important part of this announcement, I would like to
inform you that ispCP Omega 1.0.3 is getting ready for release. In
approximetly one week, a new release will be available. Before this
happens, the translations need to be updated. They are already updated
with the missing strings. Just attach the new po files to a ticket and
I will commit them into our release branch.
