Available generic-4 shim for Power8 (VSX)?

hi

I would like to use ISPC on a POWER8 system, and I didn't find any shim from ISPC generic 4 code to VSX. I wanted to check here before implementing myself: has anyone (perhaps the poster from a few years back here, working on Power?) done this and willing to share?
