Engineer – Revenue Assurance & Fraud Management, Colombo, Sri Lanka

Main Responsibilities

- Identify potential revenue leakage areas and potential frauds by carrying out regular audits and reconciliation of systems and platforms

- Carry out revenue risk assessments & implement new controls, policies and procedures to improve operational assurance.

- Perform periodic and non-periodic reconciliations and audits in order to identify the discrepancies between systems, reports generated, and processes defined

- Continuous monitoring of entire revenue chain in order to suspect any revenue leakages & fraud activities associated with it, and take immediate actions resolve.

Qualifications & Skills Required

- Must possess a B. Sc. degree in Engineering or IT from a recognized University

- 1-2 years experience preferably at a Telco or Audit environment

- Knowledge on a Mobile operators Network topology, operations, processes and Risks would be an added advantage

- Must possess Excellent analytical skills and verbal ,written communication skills in English

- Ability to work independently with minimal direction by management

- Ability to perform well at a team environment
