Key Role:
Assist with the design, architecture, and implementation of IdAM solutions, including capabilities that support provisioning and  governance, authentication, access management, and auditing. Deliver  reference architecture, briefings, and documentation to the clients and  work with a larger team to collaboratively develop and implement the solutions. Support the development and execution of IdAM build and transition strategies for the MENA region through the identification, prioritization, and authoring of critical IdAM solution decisions, requirements, and policies and procedures analyses and perform critical reviews of IdAM applications and offerings. This position is located in Abu Dhabi, UAE.

Basic Qualifications:
- 12+ years of experience with designing, architecting, and implementing IdAM solutions covering Identity Administration, Authentication, Authorization, and Auditing
- 8+ years of experience with designing and implementing biometric solutions, including facial recognition, voice verification, fingerprint scanning, iris scanning, hand geometry, signature verification, and combining multiple biometrics
- 6+ years of experience in working with biometric identification systems wherein highly-detailed biometric data is collected during enrollment
- 6+ years of experience with implementing Access Control solutions covering different dynamic access control models, including ABAC, PBAC, RBAC, and RAdAC
- 4+ years of experience with cross domain solutions and federation
- BA or BS degree required

Additional Qualifications:
- Experience with managing teams of 5 staff or greater on technical delivery tasks
- Experience with the design and implementation of industry leading IdAM vendors, including Oracle, CA, Microsoft, Ping, Omada, Sailpoint, and Xceedium
- Knowledge of future trends in biometrics, Cloud identity, and cyber security
- Ability to author technology whitepapers, design documents, and a wide range of systems engineering documents
- Possession of excellent consulting skills
- Certified Biometrics Professional (CBP) - IEEE
- Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP)
