Regarding new batch of ISP starting in Matru Mandir from next week

Dear parents,
We had a great introduction session yesterday and the new batch of ISP will be starting from next Thursday – June 23rd. The timing will be 6-30 pm to 8-30 pm. There will be totally 8 sessions with one session of 2 hours every week. The cost is $200 per couple with a special discount for the Matru Mandir parents. If you have taken any other paid program with us like SSY, Yog Basic etc. then you too receive this special member’s discount.
If you wish to join this class but missed yesterday’s introduction then I am giving another introduction on next Wednesday – June 22nd at 6-30 pm at the Matru Mandir (18062 Norwood Park Place, Tustin CA 92780). Please send your RSVP by Tuesday June 21st.
Please note you will not be able to attend the class if you have not attended the introduction.
Also babysitting for introduction day is free but for arranging the babysitter I need to have your RSVP by Tuesday June 21st.
Why both parents must attend the ISP class?
In traditional family system, roles of mother and father were defined simply – father takes care of the financial requirement of the family and mother takes care of the home and kids. And in that system wise parents would be non-interfering in each other’s area of responsibility. This would help the child understand clearly whose authority he must take when it come to disciplining etc.
But in today’s society both mother and father share these responsibilities. While women are sharing the financial responsibilities fathers are participating actively in the parenting. Hence it is extremely important that both the parents understand the science of parenting. This helps in having a consistency in parenting.
In addition in the present day’s nuclear family system both the parents need to have a strong emotional bond with the baby which with ISP training you will very easily be able to form and maintain.
So busy papas, please look at this as an opportunity to get closer to your baby.
We do offer paid babysitting if needed so attending together is no issue. If you have difficulty in attending the sessions together due to professional reasons, then we can discuss alternatives at the time of introduction.
