Children are natural Leaders! Children's Siddha Samadhi Yoga is a complete leadership training that brings out this hidden Leader within your child, allowing him or her to live as a powerful person in life.

Children’s SSY is a systematic and scientific training based on natural principles that develops each child on every level:

* Physical - Having a strong and health body, with great amounts of energy
* Intellectual - Having a sharp and alert mind, being able to learn anything and everything easily
* Emotional - Being able to express themselves freely, remaining calm in any situation
* Social - Being able to connect easily with all persons regardless of age, gender, background, etc., and developing strong and lasting friendships
* Spiritual - Cultivating a child's own natural freedom, courage, and joyousness, opening up infinite possibilities in life

All of this is done in a fun and interactive way, through yoga, pranayama, meditation, charts, group discussion, and games. If you are interested in helping your child to explore his or her own potential in life to the fullest, join us for an orientation along with your child, where we will go into detail about the training.

Eligibility: Children of ages Group 1 – 7 to 10; Group 2 – 11 to 15

Cost: $ 150 per child (includes snacks) for total of 8 sessions of 2 hours each
