Summary of Today's Meeting

Hello dear colleagues!

Please find below information on today's meeting regarding roles and functions.

1. Logistics:
Food and Drinks: Travis
Room rental: Lauren
2. Crisis scenario planning group: Alina, Alan (group leader), Melorine, Bob, Tori
3. Control group: Lauren, Clare, Travis, Eric, Salvador
4. Media/outreach: Ty and Melorine
5. Player packets: TBD based on crisis simulation (will probably be divided among the steering committee)

There are members who weren't here today. Alan, could you use two or three more people working on these possible crisis scenarios? I am thinking we do (it'd be nice to have two people working on a scenario together to divide the work), and so we can place people who didn't attend today to this.  Could you also send us the list of the 7 possible scenarios who is working on it? I did not have a chance to write this down.

Please let me know if I am missing anyone in these assignments!

We will probably meet the week before our crisis scenario report is due. It is due January 25th. I will keep you updated.
