Having trouble to connect my iSoul

Hello everybody

I'm having some trouble to connect my iSoul. I start the software, I
see that green icon (above the download area in the main screen) just
for a moment, and then sudenly, red. After that, I can't connect
anymore.

Can someone help me?

You can use this web tool to check if the ports are correctly mapped when iSoul is running (or if you do things manually): http://www.yougetsignal.com/tools/open-ports/

To map the ports manually, follow the guide for your specific router model here: 

http://portforward.com/english/routers/port_forwarding/routerindex.htm

(navigate to manufacturer > device > "Default Guide" for this router)
