Tomorrow, Saturday August 31, there will be a protest called by Philly Against War (PAW) at 4PM at 15th and Market near the Clothespin.

Come out to protest the proposed attack on Syria. While we support the Syrian people in their fight against Assad and their government, any attack by the US will only kill innocent people and will not help the opposition in their fight for democracy. The British Parliament, in an unprecedented move, voted overwhelmingly to reject an attack on Syria. This was because public sentiment in the UK made it politically difficult for many MPs to vote for war. We need to try to make it equally difficult for those in the US government.
