Hello,
I'm trying to use and install IsoNet2 on a Ubuntu machine. I'm able to setup the CLI by following the documentation, but the GUI does not work. When I type IsoNet2 into terminal per the documentation, it says there is no such command. I can launch the GUI by running "isoapp" from the unpacked appimage, but when I do so there are no conda environments available for me to select in the settings, no matter what install path I put.
Any help would be greatly appreciated. I apologize if this is a trivial question or too vague, I am new to Linux.
