Assistance Required with IsoNet - Encountering "3dmod: not found" Error

Hi YunTao

I am a novice user of IsoNet and have been diligently following your tutorial. However, I have encountered an issue that I hope you can assist me with.

Upon clicking the "3dmod view" button, I receive an error message stating "sh: 1:3dmod: not found". I am unsure of how to solve it.

Whether the installation of the IMOD software is a prerequisite for running IsoNet?

Hi Qing,

IMOD is required to view in 3dmod. IsoNet could still run without IMOD, but you can not visualize tomograms with that button.
