Dear Isonet team,

Hi, I have encountered some numpy related errors in different jobs,

At first, I got the error message about the numpy version in both refine and predict jobs. I saw the same issue was mentioned here:https://github.com/IsoNet-cryoET/IsoNet/issues/40
After I installed the latest version of Isonet, same error message still showed up in refine jobs. In the predict jobs, the numpy error was gone, but the 'Bad file descriptor' error was still there.
I have attached the log for those errors, I am running Isonet with:
- python 3.8.18
- tensorflow-gpu 2.8.0
- numpy 1.24.4

Many thanks,
Weilong

Hi Weilong,

We found that the “bad file descriptor ” does not affect the execution and performance of IsoNet. Let me know whether the results are generated correctly.

Dear Yuntao,

Thanks a lot for the reply! Yes, the corrected tomograms were still generated.
Sorry I just realised I forgot to attach the log files.

Many thanks,
Weilong
