Hi IsoNet folks,

Love your software. I've been working my way through my dataset, and everything is working well. However, I hit a strange behavior that I don't understand. When I run isonet predict and use the deconvoluted tomograms as input, the program starts and then exits with no error and no results. When I use non-deconvoluted tomograms, it executes to completion and produces processed tomograms. I tried copying the deconvoluted tomos from the deconv directory into the raw tomogram directory, and it works properly on them. so I know it's not a problem with the input tomograms. I can keep doing that as a workaround, but do y'all have any insights into what is going on?

Thanks,
Scott

Dear Scott,

I have not encountered this problem before. I wonder whether your tomogram star file has a _rlnDeconvTomoName column? And whether you turn on the --use_deconv_tomo argument, which is true by default?

Best Regards,
Yuntao
