Hi,

I was wondering, is the single particle version of IsoNet (spIsoNet) available in the current release?

I was reading this: https://tinyurl.com/ett3tetc and I would like to try it on some of our maps with moderate anisotropy, if available.

Cheers
Oli

Hi Oliver,

It will be released very soon I promise. spIsoNet will be an independent package not within IsoNet release.

Best Regards,
Yuntao

Hi Oliver and the group,

The spIsoNet is now available in a different repository (https://github.com/IsoNet-cryoET/spIsoNet) and has a different discussion group. Please refer to https://www.biorxiv.org/content/10.1101/2024.04.11.588921v1 for more information. spIsoNet has many specialized implementations such as noise2noise-based denoising and particle misalignment correction.

Best Regards,
Yuntao
