Chunksize in deconvolution step

Dear Yun-Tao,

I would like to divide tomograms into smaller chunks. How is chunk-size defined? Does it specify the size of individual chunk in X,Y,Z(in pixels)?

Hi Manjunath,

I think you are referring to chunk_size in the deconvolution step. And yes, it specifies the size of individual chunk in pixels for all three directions.
