remove isoform from the ASwitchAnalyzelist

Good morning,

I performed a first analysis to screen interesting isoform and excluded some ones in base of different criterias.

I want to remove these from the ASwitchAnalyzelist to continue the analysis.

It is posible?

Not after you have created the switchAnalyzeRlist. What filtering you have you done not supported by the preFilter() function?

I performed a filter based on the expression in other tissues.... getting only isoforms that I consider more reliable.

My data comes from StringTie, I even tried to insert the class_code information in the gtf to perform the filter using the prefilter function, but it didn't recognize it.
