unused argument (dIFcutoff = 0.3)

Hey,

while running par1 of the isoformSwitchAnalysis on my switchdata (Created from salmon) I am getting a unused argument of the dIFcutoff. Since it is not a variable that we declare ourself, I am a bit confused as what should be causing it.

Okay, by digging some more, I think I was following an older manual of IsoformSwitchAnalyzer which was causing my issue. From the newer vignette, I believe I read that the cutoff is applied by itself. If you can let me know if I am correct, that would be great.
