The Internet Society's Chapter in Armenia Chapter is helping to
breathe new life into the Cultural Center of the Armenian Society of
Blind People (ASBP). With the help of an Internet Society Community
Grant, the centre will have; a computer with Internet access; software
for blind and visually impaired people; trainers and proctors that
will be provide support to blind people and access to information and
specially designed computer literacy courses.

Internet Society Testifies Before U.S. House of Representatives on
Internet Policy and Internet Freedom
The Internet Society today announced that Sally Wentworth, Senior
Manager of Public Policy at the Internet Society, testified before the
Communications and Technology Subcommittee of the U.S. House of
Representatives' Committee on Energy and Commerce at a hearing
entitled, "Fighting for Internet Freedom: Dubai and Beyond."
