Question on OSL - V3 usage for commercial usage

Hope you are doing well.

 

I am looking at an open source solution with an OSL V3 license and understand that it allows us as a for-profit company reuse, modify, and make the code commercially available with attribution. It also required us to “describes whether you must disclose your source code when you communicate the software (i.e. even through cloud distribution).” (Mentioned here: https://tldrlegal.com/license/open-software-licence-3.0).

 

Would like to get your guidance on how we disclose the source code as it is being used in a cloud infrastructure and when we communicate (run?) the software in cloud.
