I-Fest and CTA Party Volunteering

Hi,

As midterms come and go, we wish you the best of luck. You are receiving this email because you've shown interest to volunteer and participate in events hosted by ISO. This week we have many events and could really use your help. This is a long email with many volunteer opportunities so please read through it carefully. Each paragraph is a separate event so feel free to skim through and see what interests you.

This Friday, November 2nd we will be hosting the CTA Party. We are looking for people to help us carry everything to the trains, this includes: food, decorations, DJ equipment, and all the other stuff that we will need for the party. We also need help decorating the trains. If you want to help us out with all this and stay along for the actual party please meet in front of Global grounds by 5:20pm. We will start moving everything promptly at 5:30 and so it is very important that if you are coming to help to be there on time as the train is not waiting for us.

I-Taste will take place on Monday, November 5th, and volunteers will be needed from 10am-3pm, you don't have to stay the entire time but if you can stay for an hour or 2 your help will be appreciated to help set-up and then sell tickets we also will need some help with clean-up at 3 pm or whenever food finishes; all volunteers will get first dibs on ISO T-shirts making sure that you get one.

I-Color is Tuesday, November 6th, and volunteers will be able to paint on people! We will have face painting and stickers to add to the festive and ethnic theme. If you would like to face paint or help with passing out stickers please join us from anytime from 12-3pm.

I-Game is taking place Wednesday where volunteers are needed to be referees and watch/set up the games. This is important because we will have prizes for the winners so we need a few trusty and excited referees. This takes place from 1-3pm. 

The grand event of the week and our showcase for the semester will be happening on Thursday starting with the I-Show. The I-Show is from 8-10pm. We are in need of helping usher people in and make sure everything is ready that night. We will need some volunteers to help make sure everyone is in costume and ready to go on when they need to. Aside from minor help we also would like to ask you to come in your or any other traditional clothing you would like to wear( even if you are american, we need people in jeans and t-shirts). We also may need a few volunteers for the after party from 10:30-1am at the BOG but tentatively the BOG is taking care of all of this.
