negative jacobians / mesh inverted !

Hello everyone,

after I used v2m with method 'cgalmesh' to mesh a 3D-voxel data, when I import this mesh to the simulation software for example abaqus, I got the error that several elements have negative jacobians, while the plotted mesh looks actually OK.... Has anyone encountered this kind of error before?
